A Bit About Me
Chiedza Juru is a public policy expert, nonprofit leader, and strategic advisor with over a decade of experience across government, civil society, and mission-driven enterprises. Her expertise spans program design, grant management, systems strengthening, and policy advocacy, with a deep focus on education, youth development, and gender equality.
She is the Founder and President of Annot Inc., a U.S.-based nonprofit that empowers young people globally through education and youth trainings. Chiedza has led and scaled large, multi-country programs reaching thousands of African youth and has played a pivotal role in shaping national legislation and policy, including Zimbabwe’s National Youth Policy, the landmark Marriages Bill outlawing child marriage, and the implementation of the Education Amendment Act enabling pregnant girls to stay in school.
Chiedza holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School and is a Chartered Accountant CA(Z). Her academic focus at Harvard included “Exercising Leadership: The Politics of Change,” “PDIA in Action: Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation,” and “Public Policy and Management,” all of which underpin her ability to support impact-driven organizations with strategic insight and adaptive leadership.

Over the past fifteen years, Chiedza has served at the helm of government agencies, nonprofits, and startups—building systems, leading strategic and operational reviews, and embedding structures that drive scale and sustainability. She currently serves on several national and international boards advancing education, youth leadership, and women’s empowerment, and is also the Programming Co-Chair of the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Alumni Network (HKSWAN).

Through Kreative Consult, Chiedza brings this wealth of experience to help mission-driven organizations and socially conscious businesses strengthen capacity, align strategy with purpose, and operationalize for long-term impact.
