Community Development

Over the past fifteen years, Chiedza has served at the helm of government agencies, nonprofits, and startups—building systems, leading strategic and operational reviews, and embedding structures that drive scale and sustainability. She currently serves on several national and international boards advancing education, youth leadership, and women’s empowerment, and is also the Programming Co-Chair of the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Alumni Network (HKSWAN).

Annot Inc. is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which empowers young people globally, with operations in the United States and Zimbabwe. Our vision is to unlock the potential of children and youth worldwide. Our mission is to uplift young people through education, youth initiatives, and diaspora engagement.

National Youth Leadership - Zimbabwe Youth Council

Chiedza Juru made history as the first apolitical Board Chairperson of the ZYC, appointed by then Minister of Youth who is now  the International Olympics Committee (IOC) President- Kirsty Coventry. Chiedza’s leadership was transformative, advancing key national reforms and amplifying youth voices in governance.

Chiedza has been invited as a speaker and guest contributor at numerous national and international conferences, where she shares insights on youth development, education, public policy, and African leadership. . Her thought leadership has been featured on prominent platforms including government forums and academic institutions.
